<p>Cell line of monocytoid cells capable of unlimited growth in vitro, characterized by being a subclone of a monocytoid wild type. Method of producing virus particles, in the first place HIV, or fragments thereof by infecting one of the aforesaid cell lines which has a T4 content exceeding 50 %. Method of producing the cell lines, comprising cloning and selection of the clones which have a T4 content exceeding 5 %.</p> |
