PURPOSE:To prevent the strength of ground from being lowered even if crack is generated after the ground is concreted, by mixing concreting material as fibrous material on a ground improving method for mixing the concreting material of cement or the like with soil material. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 6 is rotated and is inserted into poor subsoil 10 at the same time, and through the injection nozzle 5 of the rotary shaft 6, the concreting material 11 of cement or the like is injected, and the concreting material 11 and soil are mixed with each other by a stirring blade 4. In this case, the concreting material 11 is kept mixed with the carbon fiber or glass fiber of several centimeters each in a specified quantity. As a result, even if crack is generated, the strength of ground can be prevented from being lowered because the fiber is connected to the crack.
