PURPOSE:To correct the fluctuation of an output level due to the position adjustment of a resonator, or the instability of an oscillating operation due to the lowering of a negative resistance, by coupling a transmission line which takes out an oscillation output with a negative resistance generating open stub. CONSTITUTION:The negative resistance generating open stub 3 is formed in such a way that its length is set at 4.6mm, and a gap between the transmission line 4 is set at 0.3mm, and the length of parallelled parts are set at around 4mm, and the degree of coupling of a transistor 1A with an output transmission line 4 is set around at -10dB. Since the transmission line 4 which takes out the oscillation output is coupled with the open stub 3, it is possible to prevent the output level of a microwave from being fluctuated or the oscillating operation from being unstabilized even when the coupling state of a transmission line 2B with a dielectric resonator 2A is changed, or when the transistor 1A is exchanged due to dispersion in a negative resistance.
