PURPOSE:To form the title thin org. film uniformly contg. a heavy metal in the whole film, by incorporating a heavy metal deposited by photoreduction reaction into the inside and/or the surface of the thin org. film. CONSTITUTION:The heavy metal deposited by photoreduction reaction is incorporated into the inside and/or the surface of the thin org. film. The film of an org. molecule having a hydrophilic terminal and a hydrophobic terminal and formed by the Langmiur-Blodgett's technique or the high molecular film of liposome, etc., capable of being formed from an aq. soln. can be exemplified as the thin org. film. Concretely, a long-chain fatty acid film, a phosphatide film, a high molecular film having a donor and an acceptor molecule at the side chain, etc., can be exemplified. Gold, silver, copper, platinum, indium, etc., can be exemplified as the heavy metal. As a result, the concn. of the heavy metal is controlled under extremely mild conditions without destroying the structure of the thin org. film, and the thin org. film uniformly contg. a heavy metal can be formed.
