PURPOSE:To improve reliability in driving, by laminating a specified number of ceramic green sheets including lead, on which inner electrodes are printed, burning the green sheets so that the peripheral parts of the sheets are made to have low density, impregnating the low density alternate-electrode forming parts with a resin, and forming outer electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A platinum foil 7 is provided on a zirconia plate 5. A laminate is placed on the foil 6. A platinum foil 7 and a zirconia block 8 are sequentially placed on the laminated 4. Thus the lower and upper surfaces of the laminate are covered. When the device is burned, the lead component evaporates, and the density of the part decreases. The parts of the side surface of the laminate 4, which are not alternate electrodes 11 and whose density is decreased, are ground off. The alternate electrode parts 11, in which the lead component evaporates and the density lowers, are impregnated with a resin. The device is dried and hardened, and an outer electrode 12 is applied. |
