PURPOSE:To shorten the length of a hybrid IC, by providing an interval 2S between the neighboring pins, the tip of every other pin of which is bent in at least one direction, which are connected to the substrate of a hybrid integrated circuit in one line at a specified pitch S. CONSTITUTION:Pins 2 are connected to the substrate of a hybrid IC in one line at a pitch S of less than 2.54 mm, desirsbly at 1.27 mm or more. The tip of the pins are bent in at least one direction for every other pin. An interval between the neighboring pins is about 2S. The base parts of the pins 2 are held with upper ends 9t of a lower holding member 9. Under this state, an upper bending member 6 is pushed down with a mainpulating shaft by a specified distance. Then the tip of every other pin 2 is bent is one direction with respect to a main body 1 of the hybrid IC with a down ward facing projection 6a of the upper bending member 6 by a specified distance. The tip of the pins 2 on an upward facing projection 7a of the lower bending member 7 is bent in the opposite direction of said bending direction with respect to the main body 1 of the hybrid IC by a specified distance. Thus the tips of every other pins are bent in the opposite directions, and pins arranged in a zigzag pattern are obtained.
