PURPOSE:To enable the filling and solidification of a viscous cosmetic in extremely high efficiency and speed, by pressing heated viscous cosmetic into a container through a small hole bored at the bottom of the container and solidifying the filled cosmetic by the cooling action of a cooling plate placed at the open top face of the container. CONSTITUTION:A container 2 is put into a hollow member 5 directing the small hole 6' downward and a cooling plate 4 is placed on the container 2 directly or interposing a paper material 8, etc. therebetween. A tip of a nozzle 3 is pushed upward into a small hole 6 of the hollow member 5 and the small hole 6' at the bottom of the container and a heated viscous cosmetic 1 is pressed into the container 2 under a definite pressure. Simultaneous to the completion of filling, the cosmetic in the container 2 is instantaneously cooled and solidified by the cooling action of the cooling plate 4 placed on the surface of the container.
