PURPOSE:To enable constructing a submerged breakwater for breaking wave, by preventing rubble-mounds from flowing with a frame-formed structural unit. CONSTITUTION:At the tip section, a frame-formed metallic structure 10 for preventing rubble-mounds 22 from flowing is set. After that, at the rear section of the structure 10, rubble-mound layers 25, 26 are formed. As a result, a submerged breakwater breaking wave can be constructed by using pebbles, and the term of the construction can be shortened.
