PURPOSE:To recognize the presence or absence of a feeding without opening a cover by providing a display means for displaying the charged state of an externally supplied power by externally protruding from the casing of a CATV relay amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An electricity is fed immediately from a feeding device 4 through a feed line 22 to the circuit part of the CATV relay amplifier 3. A supply voltage from the feeding device 4 is superimposed on a CATV signal and supplied to the circuit part of the CATV relay amplifier 1 through a cable 21. The display part 2 is protruded on the bottom part of the casing of the CATV relay amplifier 1. The display part 2 uses a lamp or a light emitting diode or the like and lights to display the charged state when the power is supplied from the feeding device 4. Thereby, the display part 2 can be visually recognized without opening the cover 20 and the feeding state can be easily recognized externally.
