PURPOSE:To obtain excellent electrophotographic characteristics of good electric chargeability and photosensitivity and small residual potential by combining an electric charge generating layer contg. X type nonmetallic phthalocyanine as an electric charge generating agent and a electric charge transfer layer contg. a specific compd. as an electric charge transfer material. CONSTITUTION:The org. photoconductive material for electrophotography having the charge generating layer and charge transfer layer on a conductive base contains the X type nonmetallic phthalocyanine in the charge generating layer and contains at least one kind selected from the hydrazone compd. expressed by the formula 1, the oxazole compd. expressed by the formula 2, the triphenyl amine compd. expressed by the formula 3, and the triarylamine compd. expressed by the general formula 4 in the charge transfer layer. In the formulas, X, Y denote H, -F, -Cl, -Br or -I, R denotes an alkyl group, dialkylamino group. R1, R4 denote an alkyl group, dialkylamino group, -F, -Cl, -Br or -I, etc. The photoconductive material having the good electric chargeability and photosensitivity and the small residual potential is thereby obtd. |
