摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy at a target position and at the same time to eliminate undesired vibrations at the target position, by keeping actuation of a digital servo system up to a point near the target position and then actuating an analog servo system when the deviation between a control subject and its target position is set within the minimum distance of a digital pulse. CONSTITUTION:A switch 23 is connected to an upper contact and the servo control is given to a controlled system 11 via a digital servo system before the deviation of the present position and the target position of the system 11 is set within the minimum distance of a digital pulse DP. Then the switch 23 is connected to a lower contact and the servo control is given to the system 11 via an analog servo system after said deviation is set within said minimum distance of the pulse DP. Thus the system 11 reaches its target position with high positioning accuracy via the digital servo control and furthermore the harmful vibrations are eliminated with the analog servo control after the system 11 reaches its target position.
