PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in flexibility, sealing property and rust prevention, by mixing an epoxy resin containing a specified amine compound-modified epoxy resin with a blowing agent and a curing agent. CONSTITUTION:A monoamine compound of formula I (wherein R is a 50C or lower aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic monovalent organic group) is melt- mixed with an epoxy resin of an epoxy equivalent of 100-35,000 at 50-130 deg.C for 0.25-5hr to obtain an amine compound-modified epoxy resin of formula II (wherein EP is a skeletal part of the epoxy resin) and an amine component content of 1-10wt%. This modified epoxy resin is mixed with an epoxy resin to obtain an epoxy resin component (A) of an amine component content of 0.5-8wt%. 100pts.wt. component A is mixed with 0.03-3pts.wt. blowing agent (B) (e.g., azodicarbonamide), a blowing agent (C) (e.g., dicyandiamide), a cure accelerator (D) [e.g., 3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea] and 5pts.wt. or below silane coupling agent (e.g., gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane).
