<p>PURPOSE:To improve the input accuracy and the feeling of application with a light pen by providing a pen point part which covers the side part of a light emitting substance and has its tip part protruded toward the axial direction from the light emitting substance at a position out of the axial core of the light emitting substance. CONSTITUTION:A projection 5 of a pen point shape protruded toward the axial direction from a light emitting substance 4 is provided at a shifted position out of the axial core of a light pen main body 1 and at the tip part of a cap 2. Thus the projection 5 covers approximately half of the substance 4. In terms of the positional relation between the projection 5 and the substance 4, the distance d1 secured between a contact point 5a of the projection 5 and a contact point 4a of the substance 4 at the tilting angle of a working light pen is approximately equal to a shift d2 caused toward a photosensitive surface between a luminous point (h) and a photodetecting device 6 and the point 5a. The light pen is held by a hand like holding a pencil so that the projection 5 turned to the front side and applied to the surface of the photodetecting surface with the substance 4 turned to the point (h) of the device 6. Thus the tip of the projection 5 touches a position right above the point (h).</p> |
