PURPOSE:To prevent a card from being disused unnecessarily by comparing a personal identification number not admitted by IC card collation with the personal identification number inputted again afterward and informing in advance a mis-input of the personal identification number due to mistake. CONSTITUTION:A control section 3 gives a command to an interface control section 16 to send a data personal identification number inputted from an input section 11 to an IC card 1, receives the result of collation of the IC card 1 and gives an output in response to the result of collation to a flag storage section 18. The preceding personal identification number data stored in a preceding data storage section 14 is given to one input terminal of a comparator circuit 15, the present personal identification number data stored in an input buffer 12 is given to the other input terminal, and when the data are coincident, the comparator circuit 15 generates an output. The control section 13 generates a display comment on a display section 20 depending one an output of an AND gate 19 to give attention of mis-input to the user. |
