PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crack at the lower edge of a rise cylindrical part by composing the device so that the unevenness formed on the whole periphery of a rise cylindrical part and the uneven part of a mouthpiece are bitten by the uneven part of a top plate cradle. CONSTITUTION:The rise cylindrical part (a) drawn in advance on the top plate A placed on a top plate cradle 11 is covered to a rise part 9 to descend an upper die 1. The edge part of an annular part a' projecting to the inner part from the rise cylindrical part (a) is punched by the drawing die 12 engaged for the inside of a drawing die 13 and the top plate A is pinched by the top plate cradle 11 and top plate presser 6 with the top plate presser 6 being pressed to the upper face of the top plate A. The annular part A' is raised with the upper face of the rise part 9 and flared to the external part with the curling part 3 of a curling die 4 to fix the outer screw mouthpiece B fed in advance to the outside of the rise cylindrical part (a). A continuous uneven part is provided on the whole length of the inner periphery at the lower edge of the mouthpiece B, a continuous uneven part is further provided on the part corresponding to the uneven part of the upper face of the top plate cradle 11, an unevenness is formed at the lower edge of the rise cylindrical part (a) by the uneven part at the fixing time of the mouthpiece B and this unevenness is engaged.
