PURPOSE:To simplify a program for monitoring the state of services to be offered to outside a switchboard by performing necessary exchange operation by executing a program started by a call which is generated independently. CONSTITUTION:Exchange processing is performed by the execution of a program part 10 started in response to a call for attaining the purpose of the switching itself. A program part 12 is started in said processing in response to a call from a call generating means 14 and executed to fetch exchanging operation corresponding to the call from the program part 10. Therefore, calls are processed in individual time series, the program part 12 is used in common, and the exchange processing program can be simplified.
