PURPOSE:To control a speed change time and a speed charge shock to be placed in a good condition, by increasing a line pressure in accordance with an increase of governor pressure corresponding to a car speed in a select range. CONSTITUTION:A two-range selector valve 36 connects its port 64 to a port 72 of a manual valve 22 through an oil path 70 while port 58 to a port 90 of a pressure regulator valve 21 through a shuttle valve 80. If the manual valve 22 is switched to two ranges (select range), the two-range selector valve 36 selects its spool 50 to a bottom side position, and a port 56 communicates with the port 58. In this way, a governor pressure in an oil path 78 acts on the port 90 of the pressure regulator valve 21, and a line pressure increases in accordance with an increase of the governor pressure corresponding to a car speed. Accordingly, a suitable capacity of hand brake torque can be obtained, and a speed change time and a speed change shock can be controlled to a good condition.
