PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic clad material with high magnetic permeability by interposing a magnetic Ni-Fe alloy between nonmagnetic bodies of a specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic Ni-Fe alloy is interposed between nonmagnetic bodies to manufacture a magnetic clad material, the thickness of the nonmagnetic bodies is adjusted to >=45% of the thickness of the magnetic Ni-Fe alloy. The preferred Ni-Fe alloy has <=1X10<-6> saturation magnetostriction, and it includes 81Ni-5.5Mo-Fe alloy or the like. The preferred nonmagnetic bodies have >=4% electric conductivity, and it is made of Cu, a Cu alloy, Al or the like. The magnetic annealing of the resulting magnetic clad material is carried out at 850-1,250 deg.C. |
