The invention relates to the building of corner shelves 1, with grooves 2 on the two faces adjacent to the right angle, which are inserted on two battens 5 fixed to a wall. The battens comprise two oblique mortices 6, 7 having opposite inclinations and are dimensioned in such a way that the insertion into the grooves of the corner shelf takes place with small play and that it is possible to secure the shelves and battens by means of a screw, dowel, etc. inserted into a hole 3 pierced in one of the two lips of the corner shelf clasping the batten. These improvements, which can be made at a low cost, allow an easy installation, removing the risks of bending or of warping of the corner shelves and eliminate any risk of the latter sliding with respect to the battens fixed to the wall. <IMAGE>
