PURPOSE:To enable sure paint application on only a chamfered edge by overlapping a plurality of boards having a chamfered edge and blowing a paint from a specific direction under a state in which each chamfered edge is slightly shifted from each other to form a single plane of the chamfers. CONSTITUTION:A board 1 is made of an inorganic material such as cement or foam concrete, which is provided with a chamfered edge 2 on the four peripheral sides for notch prevention. For this reason, a base material of the board 1 is exposed in this chamfered edge 2. Therefore, a plurality of the boards 1 are overlapped in such a manner that the higher the position of a board is, the edge is placed more recessedly. In other words, the boards 1 located over and under are shifted from each other so that the chamfers of the boards 1 form a single plane. After this, a paint is applied to the chamfer 2 generally in parallel with each chamfered edge 2 from above the extension of a plane 3 which represents a single plane of the chamfers 2. Thus the chamfers are coated surely without staining the surface of the board 1.
