PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the production of dried bean curd, to ameliorate the severe working condition of workers, and to produce dried bean curd at a low cost, by automating the operation to pull up the raw bean curd and the operation to stack the pulled-up bean curd, which have been carried out hitherto by hands. CONSTITUTION:The zone 4 to pull up the raw bean curd (b) is furnished with the shallow soya milk tank 3 to heat soya milk (a) contained therein, and a pair of pulling levers 13 movable vertically between the inside of the soya milk tank 3 and a position above the tank 3. The transfer zone 5 to transfer the received raw bean curd from the soya milk tank 3 to another part, is furnished with a hanging lever 17 which stops just below the pulled up pulling lever 13 and receives the raw bean curd by lowering the pulling lever 13. The raw bean curd transferred in the state hung on the hanging lever 17 is clamped with the cramping arms 28 and received by the stacking plate 30. The process minimizes the manual operations, improves the production efficiency, and reduces labor cost. |
