PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient cooling effect without furnishing water feeding and exhaust devices, by furnishing ring-formed cooling fins and ring-formed plates at the heat radiating part of a heat pipe which is inserted at the hole of the ring-formed first connection main body, and furnishing a supporting member at the outer periphery side of the ring-formed cooling fins. CONSTITUTION:At each hole 16a of a ring drive 16 which is the first connection main body, the heat receiving part 17a of a heat pipe 17 is inserted, and ring- formed cooling fins 18 are furnished to the heat radiating part 17b of the each heat pipe 17. At both sides of the ring-formed cooling fins 18 in the axial direction, ring-formed plates 19 which consist of a rigid material are furnished, and a supporting member 20 at the outer side of the ring-formed cooling fins 18 is fixed to the ring drive 16 and to the ring-formed plates 19, to support a centrifugal force inflicted to the heat radiating part 17b of the heat pipe 17.
