PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient cooling effect without furnishing water feeding and exhaust devices, by inserting heat receiving parts of heat pipes to holes formed in the circumferential direction of the ring-formed first connection main body, and furnishing ring-formed cooling fins at the heat radiating parts of the heat pipes. CONSTITUTION:In the circumferential direction of a ring drive 16 which is the first connection main body, plural holes 16a are formed, in which the heat receiving parts 17b of heat pipes 17 are inserted, while the radiating parts 17b of the heat pipe 17 are extended to the space at the end of the ring drive 16. At the heat radiating parts 17b, ring-formed cooling fins 18 are installed, through which a supporting member 19 is penetrated and screwed to a plate 11, to support a centrifugal force inflicted to the heat radiating parts 17b of the heat pipes 17.
