PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient cooling effect without furnishing water feeding and exhaust devices, by inserting the heat receiving parts of heat pipes to accomodation grooves extended in the axial direction at the outer surface of the first connection main body, and winding a fastening material over them to fix them. CONSTITUTION:At the outer surface of a ring drive 16 which is the first connection main body, accomodation grooves 16a are formed extending in the axial direction, in which the heat receiving parts 17a of heat pipes 17 are inserted, and the heat radiating parts 17b are extended to the space of the end of the ring drive 16. In the heat pipes 17, a specific amount of an evaporative operation liquid such as Freon or ammonia is enclosed. Moreover, at the outer peripheral side of the heat receiving parts 17a of the heat pipes 17, a fastening material 18 is wound and the heat pipes 17 are fixed rigidly to the accomodation grooves 16a of the ring drive 16.
