PURPOSE:To reduce user's manual operation by executing the recovery processing plural times and limiting the number of times of execution of the recovery processing. CONSTITUTION:The error of a system is detected by a diagnosis processing 1, and it is discriminated whether this error is recoverable or not. If it is recoverable, the number of times of execution of the recovery processing is updated by a recovery state discrimination processing 2, and the execution of the recovery processing is decided only when the number of times of execution of the recovery processing is smaller than a set value. Recovery is executed by a recovery processing 3 with respect to the error for which execution is decided, and thereafter, the processing control is transferred to the diagnosis processing 1.
