摘要 <p>A fluidic device having an inlet (16) and a flow path extending from the inlet (16) to an outlet (18). A part of the flow path defines a power jet nozzle (74) upstream of and leading to an interaction chamber (76). The interaction chamber (76) leads to the outlet (18). A splitter (78) is spaced from the power nozzle (74) across the interaction chamber (76) and is in alignment therewith to separate a pair of feedback inlets (80,82) leading from the interaction chamber (76). A pair of feedback channels (26,28) extend from the pair of feedback inlets (80,82) to respective feedback outlets (84,86). The feedback outlets (84,86) are oppositely disposed perpendicularly to the power nozzle (74) and intermediate the latter and the interaction chamber (76). A branch passage (30,32) extends from each feedback channel (26,28) to a respective variable-volume chamber (34,36) which is bounded by a flexible diaphragm (54,56). The diaphragms (54,56) are movable in response to pressure variations within the respective variable-volume chamber (34,36) and are each associated with a transducer (58,60) for producing an output signal in response to such movement. Fluid flow restrictions (38,40) are provided in each branch passage (30,32) for resisting dynamic oscillation (ringing) of fluid flow in the feedback channels (26,28) with the variable volume of fluid in the variable-volume chambers (34,36).</p>
