PURPOSE:To prevent a distortion of an output signal by providing a means for bringing a differential signal to a level shift, a means for offering an amplified differential signal to a load, and an output limiting means for setting an operating center point. CONSTITUTION:Input signals from input terminals 3, 5 are outputted as differential signals to bases of PNP transistors 11, 12 of a level shifting means from collectors of NPN transistors 9, 10. In the means 51, a signal corresponding to a potential difference between said signal and a power source is brought to a level shift determined in advance and outputted. The signal from the means 51 is inputted to NPN transistors 29, 14 of an output means 52, and subsequently, inputted to emitters of NPN transistors 27, 30. An output limiting means 53 sets an operating center point at the time when the transistors 27, 30 operate as a base ground type amplifier, and also, determines the upper limit of the amplitude. In such a way, a distortion of an output signal can be reduced.
