PURPOSE:To improve the fuel consumption and prevent the generation of air pollutant, by providing a combustion auxiliary tank for storing a combustion auxiliary for accelerating combustion of fuel and a control device for controlling to drive an injector valve. CONSTITUTION:Gasoline in a fuel tank 20 is fed under pressure to a fuel damper 22 by a fuel pump 21, and it is injected into an intake manifold 13 by a fuel injector valve 25. An injection quantity is computed and controlled by a control device 41. A combustion auxiliary tank 100, a combustion auxiliary supply pipe 101 and a combustion auxiliary injector valve 102 are mounted to the intake manifold 13. Thus, a combustion condition of an internal combustion engine may be improved to thereby improve the fuel consumption and simultaneously prevent the generation of air pollutant such as NOX.
