PURPOSE:To reduce assembling operations as well as to make assembling work easy, by assembling a seal collar, a retainer and a deflector in advance and, after forming them into one aggregate, assembling it to a supercharger. CONSTITUTION:On the circumference of a seal collar 14, there is provided with a disclike projection part 18. Also on the circumference of this seal collar 14, these are provided with both circular first and second ribs 25 and 26 parallelly. A seal ring 27 made of rubber is fitly inserted into an interspace between the first rib 25 and the second rib 26. An outer diameter D1 of the seal ring 27 is made larger than each outer diameter D2 of these first and second ribs 25 and 26. The seal collar is provided with a hole 28 in the axial direction.
