PURPOSE:To make the cut surface of an integral molding into a smooth surface similar to a specularly finished surface and to reduce the cost of a cleaning blade by molding plural blade members integrally out of a raw material containing an antifriction agent, and cutting the molding into the individual cleaning blades. CONSTITUTION:A couple of right and left plate-shaped holding materials 21 are arranged across a mold 8a and sandwiched between molds 6 and 7 in this state, and a molding metallic mold is assembled by matching the mold 8 with their bottom parts. Then, urethane resin liquid to which fluororesin powder as the antifriction agent is added and dispersed is injected into the cavity 11 formed of the molds 6, 7, and 8 and set to form a blade member. Then the molding obtained by removing the molds is cut with a sharp cutting blade from a plate surface joint part shown by an alternate long and short dash line A' to obtain the cleaning blades. consequently, the cut surfaces are smooth surfaces similar to conventional specularly finished surfaces, maintenance operation of the specular surfaces of the molding metallic molds is reduced or eliminated, and the cost of the metallic molds is reduced. |
