PURPOSE:To keep off any supercooling at the time of cold starting, by increasing the setting pressure of a valve opening spring for a relief valve according to a drop in oil temperature, in case of a device having a relief valve outlet of a pressure-feed lubricating device interconnected to an oil-cooled jacket of an engine. CONSTITUTION:In an interspace between a discharge port of a lubricating oil pump 9 and a lubricating part 20, there is provided with a relief valve 2 to be opened by the setting pressure, and its outlet 3 is connected to an oil- cooled jacket 4. Also, in an interspace between a supporting part 7 of this relief valve 2 and a valve closing spring 8 closing a valve body 6, there are provided with setting pressure regulating devices 10 made up of a bimetal, a form memory alloy or the like, which get warped in the opposite direction alternately, strengthening the setting pressure of the valve closing spring.
