PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of heating control and to prevent generation of defective soldering by providing a heat sensor above the heating surface of a printed board and subjecting the output signal thereof to numerical processing, thereby controlling the heating of respective heating elements. CONSTITUTION:A heating mechanism consisting of a heat insulating plate 11, a reflection plate 12, the heating elements 14 and a radiation plate 15 is provided and the heat sensor 18 is disposed above the normal direction of the printed board 2. A control part 17 for independently controlling the temps. of the elements 14 is provided and a control means 19 which numerically processes the data from the sensor 18 and inputs the correction rates of the temps. of the respective elements 14 to the control part 17 is disposed to said part. The heating intensity of the elements 14 is thereby momentarily controlled in accordance with the detection data of the sensor 18 by which the soldering in the exact temp. distribution is executed. The control accuracy of the heating is thus improved and the generation of the defective soldering is surely prevented.
