PURPOSE:To lessen air consumption and also leakage of pressurized fluid by having a guide member, a cylinder member and an elastic joint, all provided with the labyrinth portion on their outside circumferences, built in the internal cavity of an elastic shrinking object. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 10 is fixed spirally on the closure member 3a of a tube object 1. A labyrinth portion 12 formed by providing numbers of throttles and expansion chambers on the outside circumference portion at the end of the guide member 10. Then, an elastic joint 16 is fixed to a closure member 3b and a cylinder member 18 is fixed to the elastic joint 16. Since the internal cavity volume of the tube object 1 reduces by this method, air consumption lessens. Further, when the pressurized fluid is introduced into the internal cavity, there is no leakage of the pressurized fluid between the guide member 10 and the cylinder member 18 since the pressurized fluid loses its pressure at the labyrinth portion 12 and its kinetic energy is changed to eddy and friction.
