PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a steering control means by steering a front wheel based on the light receiving position information on one of paired front and rear light sensors and steering the rear wheel by the light receiving position information on the other light sensor. CONSTITUTION:In case a vehicle V is shifted to the left against the projecting direction of a guide beam light A, both front and rear wheels 1F and 1R are steered in the shifted light receiving positions against the reference positions of light sensors S1 and S2 corresponding to both wheels. Thus, the vehicle V is automatically changed by a steering system and the direction of the vehicle V is corrected. While the light receiving positions of sensors S1 and S2 are shifted to the right where both receiving positions are set in the same direction to their reference positions. In such a case, both wheels 1F and 1R are changed in the same direction in response to the shift directions of said light receiving positions. Thus, the vehicle V is automatically shifted in parallel by a steering system and the width directional position of the vehicle V is corrected. In such a way, the structure of a steering control means is simplified. |
