PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cosmetic having excellent dryness imparting effects on skin, skin whitening, etc., containing inorganic powder, a water-soluble salt, an alcohol and water, by using spherical secondary particle powder prepared by agglomerating primary particles as the inorganic powder. CONSTITUTION:(A) Inorganic powder consisting of spherical secondary particle powder which is obtained by agglomerating primary particles and has 1-50mum, especially 3-30mum average particle diameter, preferably further 50-200m<2>/g, especially 80-180m<2>/g surface area and 0.01-10cc/g, especially 0.5-5cc/g pore volume is blended with (B) a water-soluble slat, (C) an alcohol and (D) water as essential components in a ratio of 0.5-6wt% component A, 0.02-0.6wt% component B, <=25wt% component C, preferably 2-4wt% component A, 0.2-0.4wt% component B and 10-20wt% component C to give the titled cosmetic suppressing greasiness caused by sweat and sebum, providing skin with excellent dryness and having improved quiet utility of skin whitening. |
