PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of shift between an insertion hole and a nib, by using a fixing plate having insertion holes parallelly bored along longitudinal direction, attaching an end of the fixing plate to a side end of a cylinder and placing the plate spirally along the surface of the cylinder together with nib material composed of a band plate having nibs aligned on the side edge. CONSTITUTION:Several rows of insertion holes 2 arranged at regular intervals are formed in parallel along the longitudinal direction of a long fixing plate 1 and an end of the plate is fixed to a side end of a cylinder with a fixing bolt 6. A nib material composed of a band plate 4 having a prescribed length and provided with nibs 5 at the side edge is applied to the reverse surface of the fixing plate 1 in a manner to protrude the nib 5 through the insertion hole 2 outward and the fixing plate is slowly wound round the cylinder in spiral form. A nib material 3 of a length not to form a deviation of the positions of the insertion hole 2 and the nib 5 caused by the curvature difference between the nib material 3 and the fixing plate 1 is joined along the length of the fixing plate 1 to protrude the nibs 5 from all insertion holes 2.
