The casing is provided with a longitudinal slot (11) of greater width than contact strips and the threaded screws (13) are inserted in through holes in the casing wall. The clamp may be used in conjunction with a housing (7) of insulated material comprising a part of the one half of a pin plug. Out of the housing projects a number of strips (8) which comprise the rear parts of the pins of the plug. A wall (12) of insulating material is located at a distance from the housing (7) so that the connecting clamp (9) can slide in between the housing and the wall, simultaneously enclosing the strips. The contact screws (13) are then tightened. |
