This transducer, which converts sound energy into electrical energy and/or conversely, for example loudspeaker, headphones, microphone or acceleration sensor, exhibits an electrostatic field which is involved in the conversion and which exerts a force of attraction on a diaphragm capable of vibrating. To be able to increase the polarisation voltage of the transducer without the diaphragm coming into contact with the counter electrode, permanent magnets are arranged both on the diaphragm (2) and on the counter electrode (1) of the transducer so that a counterforce which partially or completely compensates for the force of attraction is produced. <IMAGE>
