PURPOSE:To heighten the rigidity and mechanical resonance point, by filling up inorganic packing material between wire rods. CONSTITUTION:In making a bobbinless coil 1A, the winding is performed with the paste mixed with glass beads and epoxy resin bonded to the wire rod 2 using, e.g., glass beads as inorganic packing material 4 and, e.g., epoxy resin compound as fixed resin 3. The coil is then heated for two hours at 120 deg.C for completion. As inorganic packing material, available are glass fibre, alumin ium fibre, carbon fibre and silicon carbide whiskers. Acrylic resin and urethane resin can be used as fixed resin. Since the inorganic packing material is filled up into the clearance between wire rods, the rigidity and mechanical resonance point of the coil itself is heightened.
