<p>In a two-cylinder discharge system for a storage silo (1), each of the two cylinders (5, 6) is associated with a funnel-shaped jacket (9) open at the top, the overall assembly forming a discharge unit (2). The discharge hopper (22) merges, at the bottom, into a trough (19) of a second assembly (3), in the lower portion of which is located an endless screw (20) for collection. The central portions of the jacket (9) constitute at the same time a support element (18) which has the shape of a triangle with an upwardly oriented point, and is located below discharge cylinders (5, 6) approximately in the central region of an extraction hopper (23), formed of the discharge hopper (22) and the trough (19) of the second assembly (3). Modulation of the rotation speed of the cylinders (5, 6) enables the discharge of the product stored to be regulated, and in numerous cases, it improves the downward movement in the silo (1).</p> |
