A cellular telephone for hands-free conversation

A cellular telephone comprising a battery containing case (10) and further comprising electronic means (22, 24; 21, 23) for reception and diffusion of amplified voice signals for a live voice hands-free conversation. In an advantageous embodiment said electronic means are housed in said battery containing case and in particular said electronic reception means comprise a microphone (22) connected to an amplifier circuit (24) and said diffusion means comprise a loudspeaker (21) connected to a second amplifier circuit (23).
