PURPOSE:To lower the output of a gasifying furnace and return a gas pressure to a set pressure by inputting a signal from a pressure controller prior to a signal from a load controller into a gasifying furnace controller when a gas pressure is rising. CONSTITUTION:At the time of an ordinary operation, a fuel flow rate regulating valve 13 is controlled by a signal from a pressure controller 36 via a low value preference device 35, obtaining a first pressure set value. On the other hand, when the signals of the controllers 32, 33 of the speed load and temp. of a gas turbine are inputted into the fuel flow rate regulating valve 13 prior to the signal from the pressure controller 36, gas pressure is increased. In this case, a second pressure set value is compared with the gas pressure from a pressure gauge 41 by a comparator 31 and a pressure controller 38 into which its deviation signal is inputted is operated. And, the signal from the pressure controller 38 is inputted prior to a signal from a load controller into a gasifying furnace controller 27 via a low value preference device 39.
