PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition composed of a stock liquid and a propellant each having specific component and composition, and having improved dispersibility of a water-soluble component and a water-insoluble component, quick-drying property and bubble-bursting sound, etc., by using ethanol and/or isopropyl alcohol. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of an aqueous solution containing 3-60wt% ethanol and/or isopropyl alcohol is compounded with 0.01-10pts.wt. of a surfactant and/or 0.1-50pts.wt. of powder and 0.1-50pts.wt. of an active component of anti-pruritic to obtain a stock liquid. The titled composition is produced by compounding 2-30pts.wt. of the stock liquid with 70-98pts.wt. of a propellant composed mainly of dichlorotetrafluoroethane. The composition forms foam by spraying in the form of bubbles or mist and produces cracking sound by the bursting of the bubbles. The water-soluble component and the water-insoluble component can be uniformly dispersed in the above composition by the aid of the above alcohol. The composition produces large sound by the bursting of bubbles, has quick-drying property, is free from sticky feeling and dripping of liquid and gives refreshing feeling to the skin.
