PURPOSE:To provide a smooth exhaust stream by deflecting forward a shaft-end at the exhaust muffler side of an exhaust controlling valve on the horizontal plane. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust controlling valve 20 is provided at a plurality of opening ends 16A-16D of exhaust pipes below an engine, and an expansion chamber 26 and an exhaust muffler are provided sequentially in the downstream section. A shaft-end 28a of said exhaust controlling valve 20 at the exhaust muffler side is deflected on the horizontal plane more forward than another shaft-end 28b. Exhaust flowing from the exhaust pipe into the expansion chamber 26 flows to the downstream side of expansion chamber, drawing a large curvature. Thus, the flow of exhaust can be smoothed.
