PURPOSE:To eliminate dependency on the judgement of a person and mis-judgement, by deciding the feasibility of the test execution of a unit to be tested automatically, by referring to the test result of another test unit to which the defect of the unit to be test is affected. CONSTITUTION:A test is started, and the tests 1 and 2 for test units u22 and v23 are already completed, and they are stored in the prescribed addresses of a memory part 31. When the test progresses, and the test 3 of a test unit w21 is started, a corresponding test program TPw reads the test results of related test units u22 and v23 with prescribed addresses designated in the TPw, and decides the normal/defective result of the test. Both two test results are normal (yes), test unit (w) is tested, and a result is written at the prescribed address of the memory part 31, then, the next test 17 is performed. Meanwhile, the two test results are defective, (no) decision is rendered, and a flow is shifted, and a designated operation is performed, and said test is skipped over, and an operation goes to the next stage. |
