PURPOSE:To surely and promptly perform conveyance, by feeding an IC to be transferred by a rail, which is constituted providing a slit in the center and a conveying pawl to run in a slit width, and the conveying pawl and storing the IC in a drum so as to be inverted by rotating it around an axis in the conveying direction. CONSTITUTION:An IC in an IC storage stick 2 is fed out from a chute part 3 to an IC conveying rail 4. A belt 6 is driven circulating in the bottom of the rail 4, and conveying pawls 5, provided in the belt 6, move in a slit, provided in the center of the rail 4, in the conveying direction. Accordingly, the IC on the rail 4 is conveyed by the pawl 5. And the IC, after it is inspected in an inspecting means not shown, is stored in a storage part 7a of an IC storage drum 7. This drum 7 is rotated about an axis A is parallel with the rail 4. In this way, the IC, which inverts its obverse and reverse being relocated to the second rail 4a, is conveyed similarly by the conveying pawl 5a. By this constitution, a device is formed into a small size enabling the IC to be surely and promptly conveyed.
