PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cosmetic, by blending powder containing pigments having different colors with a fixing agent and volatile solvent to provide a slurry form of plural colors, adjoining the respective slurry substances of each color so as to partially overlap, spraying the substances into the form of a thin film, drying and fixing the formed thin film to a board. CONSTITUTION:Powder containing pigments of different colors, e.g. organic coloring matter, metallic soap, pearling agent, mica, etc., is respectively blended with a fixing agent, e.g. organic bentonite, ethyl cellulose, etc., and a volatile solvent, e.g. trichlorotrifluoroethane, etc., to provide slurry substances of plural colors, which are then adjoined on a board, e.g. pulp paper, sheet made of a synthetic resin, etc., so as to partially overlap. The substances are simultaneously sprayed into the form of a thin film and dried to adhere the resultant thin filmlike multicolored powder cosmetic onto the above-mentioned board and afford the aimed thin filmlike multicolored cosmetic. The obtained cosmetic is suitable for use in a small amount and continuously changes colors thereof.
