PURPOSE:To improve the sound quality remarkably by storing a digital signal reproduced from a reproducing system such as a CD into a storage means and using a control means so as to apply delay processing to a data accommodated in the storage means. CONSTITUTION:A RAM as a storage means 3 is connected to the post-stage of a digital output stage 2 and a digital signal from the output stage 2 is stored tentatively in the means 3. The control means 4 is connected to the means 3 and the means 4 is controlled in a way that the data stored in the means 3 is being outputted at a time difference. The digital signal outputted from the means 3 is converted into an analog signal by a conversion means 5 connected to the post-stage and becomes a music tone via an analog circuit 8 processing the analog signal Thus, the improvement of remarkable sound quality is improved in comparison with a conventional digital delay device.
