PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film, capable of preventing drying and putrefying and having economic freshness sustaining function, by blending a specific amount of a metal phthalocyanine (substituted derivative) in a high polymer substance and forming a film from the resultant blend. CONSTITUTION:A film obtained by blending 0.1-20wt% metal phthalocyanine (substituted derivative) in a high polymer substance, e.g. cellulose acetate, etc., and forming a film from the resultant blend. The central metal (M) of the metal phthalocyanine (substituted derivative) is preferably Fe or Co or a blend of both the derivatives respectively having Fe or Co is preferably used.
