PURPOSE:To secure the fixing when the sliding roof is fully opened, by fixing a stopper at a guide rail, furnishing a block linked to a front shoe, and installing an arm to the block to gear with or release from the stopper. CONSTITUTION:When a rear shoe 20 is moved to the rear side by a cable 33, a pin 28 moves to the rear end of a guide groove 29, and a slide panel 15 is depressed. As a result, the roller 34 of a bracket 16 is rotated pushing the rear end of an arm 26, and the gearing of a stopper 27 is released. Therefore, a block 23 is also released from the stopper 27. Then, by advancing the rear shoe 20, the block 23 is contacted to the stopper 27, and then, by the advance of the pin 28, the slide panel 15 is raised, the arm 26 is separated from the roller 34, the arm 26 is geared with the stopper 27, and the movement is fixed. In such a composition, the movement in a tilt condition is prevented when the sliding roof is fully opened.
